Angry Cyrstal Light Pink Lemonade

The crystal light pink lemonade and tropical passions have aspartame in them. I didn't realize it until after drinking it July 4th. I am on day 14 and have lost 10 pounds in 14 days. I do have to say though that my weight has been stagnant the last 4 days because I have been drinking a lot of diet soda. So, thanks to those who wrote in about Diet RC cola and Hansens. I'm actually going to take the crystal light unopened canister back to the store.

Default My 2 cents

I wouldn't worry about the Crystal Lite, unless it causes a stall for you. A lot of people I know have no trouble with Aspartame, and for me, the trade-off is all the variety in flavors (especially the grapefruit flavor, since I miss my grapefruit juice).

Hi cadbury,
They have Crystal light in already made to go containers (12 oz I think)
that have Splenda in them-I don't know why the powder has aspartame and the liquid has SPlenda but it is pretty good too!!

Has anyone tried the sugar free hot cocoa? Or, know if the ingredients are OK? I was thinking it might be a good one for a chocolate or sweet craving?

Exclamation Caution...

Sugarfree doesn't always mean low-carb... the only real low-carb cocoa mixes I've found are the Keto brand and the "homemade" from a recipe I believe I found on these boards.

Since the label says zero carbs, but also lists maltodextrin (a carb) I've been counting at a half-gram per serving to be safe. I should run it through the "Hidden Carbs Inspector"...(on the right-hand sidebar)

Whooooo..... I just ran to the fridge and checked my Crystal Light Pink Lemonade! That was a close call.

The Individual bottles of Crystal Light Pink Lemonade (16oz.) does not contain aspartame!

That is weird that the powder does! I get the 4 packs Of 16oz. individual bottles at Brookshires. I like the Pink better than the orignal.
