Default Nice Results

6-5 I started Atkins and weighed so much I could not be weighed on a 270 lb scale

(it actually pegged it on the 0)

(I estimated my weight to be 275)

6-10 - 5 Days later I weigh 263 on the same scales

Is this possible?

Jeff

Yes it is possible.

Just understand your weight loss will slow down after another week or so. Most of what you have lost is water, which sometimes the body decides it wants back.

Make sure you are drinking lots of water to help convince the body not to store it.

Congrats on your loss so far!

Yes I am drinking lots of water.... I find drinking it at tap\room temp makes it far easier to drink large quantities of it.

I am aware from the readings that it will hit a wall and slow down, but when you have as much weight as I do you will lose at a much greater pace than someone thats 10-15 pounds overweight (this is just my personal thought)

Thank you for the help
I am not on a diet
I am on a mission
I will not be denied

Thanks
Jeff
