Question Smaller legs.

I have always been active, and now that summer is here I'm in to my rollerblading routine again, I do about an hour a day. I'm thinking of taking up cycling to work everyday too. I just don't want my calves to get bigger. Anyone know if either of these are going to build more muscle? I still have fat to lose on my legs, but I do not need anymore bulk there!!
Maybe someone can give me some ideas on how to get rid of the leg fat without making the calves bigger.....

Thanks
Tracey

Hi!

I can only speak for cycling when I say it completely defines your legs but hasn't grown mine. It has actually shrunk them, If you look at any of the pro's legs, even Lance's you'll note they aren't big, just highly defined. (In Lance's case, I'd call it yummy ) Have a great weekend!
