Default My ratios ok??

My ratios are:
32% fat
64% protein
4% carb

I am eating 10x my body weight. I am 200lbs

Are my ratios ok? I seen differnt suggested ratios everywhere; from lyle, from T-Dan,..etc..... Should I stick with the ones I have?

CORRECTION to above - my ratios are:

Oh, I was going to say, "How the heck do you maintain ketosis, if at all?!" LOL

I assume that is % of calories, and it looks pretty good to me. But the important thing is, whatever works for YOU, do that.

The rule of thumb I try to follow is 1.5 G/Fat for every 1 G/Protein.......

The LOWEST ration I go to is 1 G/Fat:1 G/Protein.......

Default I keep it real simple

Maybe as I get closer to goal I'll have to tighten things up, but so far I just do more fat than protien. I don't figure out ratios! For calories, I eat approximately 8 x bodyweight, and have about a 36 hr. refeed on the weekend. At 49 years old though, my metabollism is probably slower to begin with, and I do zero cardio. The closest I come to cardio is my daily walk in the woods with my dachshaund!
You ratios look good, but as you progress in the diet you may want to experiment a little to see what you can get away with. The experiments teach you a lot.
