Creating a Healthy Low-Carb Reward Meal
HELP!!!
I am following "The Carbohydrate Addict's Plan" (CAP), I am comfortable in selecting my complementary meals, however, my chooses for my reward meal are a little confusing.
The reward meal requires eating 2 cups of salad followed by a plate divided into thirds. 1/3 protein, 1/3 low-carb vegetables and 1/3 high-carb foods (including desserts).
Here's the catch I want to include yogurt and/or slim milk as part of my reward meal. Being a vegetarian I also love legumes and look forward to eating them as part of my reward meal. I can skip the bread, but I love the rice and pastas. Any suggestions???
