Hi happy forum readers,
I have started so many diets-gee haven't we all-but this time I'm going to stick with it! I'm new here, and I need all the support I can get. This forum looks great. I admit I have started the Atkins before, but somehow, even with losing weight, I blow it by day 4. Not this time! I think it is my sweet tooth that does me in every time. I'm going to check out the dessert recipes-anyone have any favorites? Wish me luck happy dieters! I gonna do it!!
