It is me again, I have got the book (the orange edition) but the problem it is that is very dificult for me to understand some things. I am Spainh and my English is not very good. I would be very pleased if someone explain me how can I do it.

The problem is that most of us can only write in English, and not as authoritatively, nor as convincingly, as Dr. Atkins has already written.

Maybe you can find another low carber who speaks Spanish and can explain in terms you understand??

Have you looked for the Atkins books in Spanish??

You might ask at the Atkins web site, send them an email and ask if they have any suggestions. I can't imagine that they've ignored an entire market as large as the Latino population.
