Does anyone have a good substitution for canned cream of chicken soup used so often in recipes? I would think there is a lower-carb and less-processed substitution out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you...

Can of chicken broth or bouillon and some heavy (whipping or 35%) cream might work. Or bouillon cubes and cream. Try getting bouillon cubes or powder at a health food store for less salt or fewer 'additives'.
