FitDay Question
I've been trying to add Lifesavers Delites to FitDay's custom food list. After entering the nutrition facts and hitting "save," I get the following message:
The number of Calories in the food does not match with the amount of fat, carbs, and protein.
There should be about 66 Calories.
Cals = fat X 9 + (carb - fiber) X 4 + protein X 4 + alcohol X 7
The package says 45 calories. I guess I could adjust it and accept their numbers.......21 calories is no big deal. But now I'm wondering how many other labels list numbers that are different than Fitday's. And which one is right?
Also, FitDay has a space to enter alcohol, the Lifesavers package lists only sugar alcohol (12 g). Is there a difference? Because if I put the 12 grams in the alcohol column, then it has 151 calories.
Thanks!
