Default Low carbing is leaving me pooped!!

Can anyone suggest a guideline for adding carbs w/o overdoing? As the intensity of my workouts increase, I'm more and more tired in the A.M. I can hardly get out of bed. My current carb intake is around 30 - 40grams per day. How do I figure out how to add more without ruining my weightloss gains.

Over in CKD/Body Opus you'll find threads about doing a 20g carbup before a workout. If you are training hard, as are many of us, you might need to explore this and other ideas for adding carbs without getting fat.

Arnie, I assume you are a guy? At 150 lbs., I have to wonder why you are trying to lose more weight. If I was your weight, I would be ingesting carbs to hearts content
