Default Weird fitday question

I was looking at my totals for the day

69% fat
6% carbs
26% protein

What did I do wrong?

Yes, it's weird, - as far as I can see, your breakdown is close to perfect, - the recommended of 70-75 fat, 20-25% protein and 5 % carbs. BUT, the calories looks a bit low.... 1200 something. ........ Atkins recommend 10-12 times your body weight in calories.....You should not need to count calories in this WOE, but if you're stalling and that's why you ask the question, - that ay be what you're doing wrong.......

I know this isnt the greatest but I am trying to keep my calories between 1200 and 1500.

I have put my metabolism through so much torture with my years of starvation and binges and god knows what else that now I am scared that my metabolism has slowed so much that eating so many calories will make me gain weight. Especially since I dont do much exercise aside from walking.

If I have 1700 calories in my mind I freak out I cannot see myself eating 1900 calories on a regular basis. I am honestly full on 1200-1500 calories a day.
