Snack Ideas

I am looking for some snack or meal ideas (non refridgerated items...I'm traveling from teaching school to tutoring at the library until 8pm). I'm sick of beef jerky sticks. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Can you carry a little lunchbox with an ice pack in it? Then you could take almost anything.

Otherwise - almonds or some other nuts are LC in moderation and don't have to be refridgerated. Pork rinds, too.
