Default Can I have hot sauce?

I am planning on cooking some roasted chicken legs for dinner and was wondering if I can use buffalo wing sauce on them, or hot sauce.(the normal hot pepper flavor of either). I know some spices/sauces have a lot of carbs in them so I was wondering if anyone has done some research into this. I am craving the sauce they put on buffalo wings more then hot sauce though.

Frank's Hot Sauce or Tobasco

If yours just lists the peppers it should be fine. Look for sugar or anything ending in ose.

get the hooters medium/hot sauce, you can get it at wal-mart of kroger. Just mix it with some butter and it is REALLY good. 0 carbs.
