Talking It's ALIVE !

It's ALIVE! My scale is ALIVE and kicking, after all!

After 23 days I'd decided that either the scale was possessed or my kids had painted the numbers on.

This morning it had a NEW number! I got off the scale, kicked it a bit across the floor and got back on.

The SAME new number was still there!

I'd been reading about not eating ENOUGH calories and had determined that might have been my problem. I upped my calories a bit and did a bit of easy exercise and got a new number as a reward.

Thanks for all the good advice and support I've been getting here. It kept me from giving up entirely!

Sandy

[Headed back to bathroom to get back on the scale and just spend the morning gawking at that new number!]

P.S. It's STILL there!
