Default c-section belly...doomed forever?

Hi! I am trying to find out if I am doomed forever with this c-section belly flap. I have this flap of skin (losing weight does not help this one bit) that hangs over my c-section scar. I swear if I could lose this skin I would be two sizes smaller! I run about 30 miles a week, do plenty of situps, and although is is getting smaller, I fear this hanging skin might never go away! Has anybody successfully gootten rid of their c-section flap??? Any trainers out there have any advice?

Thank you all for this wonderful website, and thanks for taking the time to read my post.

Sincerely,
Jill

Jill, I wish I had an answer to your question but I have absolutely no idea. I did wanna comment on your signature quote, though. You have author unknown and, believe it or not, it was Yoda, from the Star Wars movies, that said that . Thought ya might like to know. I love that quote!

You didn't mention how long ago your c-section was. I had a c-section 9 years ago and it took about 5 years for it to go away. It is barely there now. I hope yours does too....
