man, it can't begin to express my enthusiasm ever since finding this forum. i don't think i've ever meet such a forward/progressive-thinking, like-minded, supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, aspiring, helpful, goal-oriented, "Nothing's gonna get me down, oh no, just keep on movin'..." group of people. The way people offer to help someone who's hurtin' , they could be on the other side of the world for all you know.... that doesn't bother them! Pointers, try this, try that, ........ ..... ...can you feel the love?

Yeah I think we all are awesome too!

I remembering thinking being in my 40's was pretty good, but after discovering lowcarb and this forum, being in my (slimmer) 60's isn't half bad!
