In an e-mail notification, it gives a link to click on to unsubscribe, but that just takes you to the page for the thread.
I can't see anywhere to say that you want to unsubscribe.
Help, please?

If you click on your profile (Up at the top of the screen), it will show you all the threads you are subscribed to and you can click "unsubscribe".

It appears to be a bit of a quirk with the latest forum upgrade to take you to the thread when you unsubscribe .. however, it does indeed remove the thread from your subscriptions.

I went to profile, but it didn't show the 2 threads I wanted to unsubscribe from, although I just got another e-mail from one of them today.
The other thread: perhaps I did successfully unsubscribe from it by clicking on the link in the e-mail yesterday.
Fingers crossed that is the way to do it.

The main control panel page only shows subscribed threads which have a new post since your last visit. To view all threads you're subscribed to .. just click on the "Subscriptions" tab along the top.

The Subscriptions page allows you to manage all your subscribed threads .. including unsubscribe of course .. but you can also choose to stay subscribed without having notification emails sent.
