TKD Wooo Yeah!!
HI... hope you CKD don't mind a new convert to TKD in your Territory !
I Just finished my first re workout carbup workout ...I have been (very) L-C for about 10days and I noticed my Lifts weren't progressing so I had ten grams of glucose powder in water fifteen minutes before warming up an then difference was amazing.. I lifted heavier on all the exercises! I had heaps of energy and then cooled down(stretches) , shower, food etc...half an hour after all this... I suddenly felt my energy plummet! LIke I was in a fast elevator going down, then my body temperature shot up... is his my way of going ino ketosis?
Am I doing the right approach for TKD?
