Default Carbolite Zero carb Bake Mix recipes?

OK, tommorow is Sunday and I would love to make some muffins for breakfast to sop up my eggs. Looked in the cabinet and found Carbolite Zero carb Bake Mix, which is just soy protein isolate with sucralose and splenda mixed in. I don't have flax seed or oat bran, just an imagination.

Any ideas how to make muffins with this stuff? I read where this is the same as the Atkins bake mix but when I go online and look at those ingredients is looks like it has alot more stuff in it..bran and bicarbonite type stuff.

Any guidelines on how to convert a recipe from flour to using the soy protein isolate?

I searched around and the only thing I found was on this site:

Sub the bake mix for the bake mixes or dry ingredients - nut nuts however - called for in the recipe, adding 1/2 tsp. of baking baking powder to each half cup of bake mix that you use.

The Fluffy Cinnamon muffins sound like they would be OK.
