I don't journal/fit day. . .I started. . .but if I am taking this as my life style I am not a coupon clipping sort of girl. . .I am a round numbers sort of girl. . .luckily with LCing.. .you know what is verbotten. . .and everything else. . .I have 20g play room. . .I did the counting for a while. . .so I know what my basics carb grams are. . .eggs, my soy coffeee creamer. ..chicken, beef, romaine lettuce, eggplant, cabbage, cucumber, cheese, pecans, strawberries, cream, splenda. . .it's workin' and I'm not messin' with it. It'll happen for you too. . .I feel like there is a conspirousy in american society. . .they feed you sugar and white flour which compell you to eat and then go. . ."Look at you! You're fat!". When all along they have been giving the wrong advice. Low fat my butt! OH MAN NOW THAT NEEDS TO BE A T-SHIRT!
