Sooooo Thirsty..........

I have had 2 liters of water already. 66 oz to be exact. I am still so darn thirsty. I drink about 70 oz per day. Why am I sooo darn thirsty today? I feel like I could drink another 2 liters.

I get the same thing about every 5 weeks - so thirsty I could drink a lake. Yesterday I drank 9 L of water!! Then I didn't sleep all night because of trips to the bathroom.

Thank goodness I am at normal today. I wish I had an answer for you. I just look at it as my body is signalling it needs the water.

Thirsty

Well for starters, if your where I am in Texas, it's HOT! If your running in and out like I am, your bound to be hot and want more fluids. What have you been eating? Processed stuff has alot of salt.... Sometimes your body just wants more. But get it early or like the other poster said, you'll be up all night...
