1) don't skip meals; consider adding mid morning & afternoon snacks. if you're out, take something with you. eggs, deli meat, finger veggies like celery and broccoli can be eaten away from a table. if you're past induction, you can add nuts.
2) SF jello is a nono on induction. Not sure if you are. regardless of that, it also causes some people to have problems because it's made with aspertame.
3) dinner sounds fine
4) your fat% is fine, but your calories are too low, IMO.
5) eat more veggies and get your carbs up a bit towards 20
6) are you drinking 8+ glasses of water / day?
