Figured out how to stop stall!!!
I got so frustrated with my six week stall after being on Atkins for about seven weeks that I started eating carbs agian and lots of it: pizza, candy, cake, ice cream, popcorn, you name it, it went into my mouth. It was the greatest two days of indulgence of my life, but then the headaches came back and I started feeling lethargic and over all not feeling too great. So the third day I started back with Induction and wala! I stopped my stall and going down in pounds once again . It feels great to finally start to see the scale go downward and not stuck and I'm experiencing my whoosh!
I don't recommend this for everyone, but it sure helped my stall. Everyone's body reacts differently, so who knows it might work for you all who are at a stall, too.
