Default Dandr?

I just started lc'ing, and as I've been reading through the posts, someone was talking about DANDR or something like that? Can you please tell me where I can find it in the forum. Thanks.

Welcome aboard.

Go to the Low Carb Tips up on the orange menu bar at the top. Then check out the Low Carb Lingo for that and many other abbreviations you will come across here. Also check out the FAQ for a lot of other useful information and browse the topics on the Tips page in general.

Hi there DK:

If you don't already have a copy of DANDR, be sure that you get the most recent copy. Check the copyright at the beginning...the latest issue will say 2002. I know from experience that this book will be your "Bible" and that you will refer to it often and read and re-read sections of it! You can't know too much about how to LC.
