Default Yay! Three pound woosh ;D

I could tell a woosh was comming on because I was retaining a lot of water and also I felt my body had dropped a lot of weight. This morning I saw it had dropped 3 pounds to 186! A number I've never seen before on the scale. arty:

This is the best birthday present ever

I hear what your saying...I havent seen the 150's AT ALL, barely the 140's either....I remember going from the 140's then I was in the 160's. Would be cool to see the 150's, and I will see them
