Hi to all here! I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I think all the advice here is fantastic. It really helps to read others stories that are so inspiring. I am sure I will be posting quite a bit. I have been on Atkins since September and lost 20 pds then slowed down to nothing. I am going to try Stillmans to break a plateau. I just wanted to say hi to all

im from louisiana also, just wanted to say hi...i started lc'bing the beginning of this month, not sure if i lost any weight, but definitely some inches...im not into the scale thing so will weigh myself the beginning of nov...hope to hear from...check out my journal if you like

HI, I am also from Louisiana and have been low carbing (South Beach).

Is hard not being able to eat all our good food, especially with hubby that doesn't have weight prob.
