i'm SO proud!! this will be the first weekend that i've been able to get through without cheating. and by cheating, i mean eating half a pizza!

the other day i saw a pic of me taken last weekend at a party. EEEEEEKKKK you could not take a worse pic of me if you tried. was from the side, and i had my chin tucked in... and OMG. that's all it took to strengthen my resolve.

Good for you! Those pics can be real eye openers, can't they? I had actually "hid" during my sister's wedding when they were taking pictures because I was at my highest weight. When I looked at the wedding photos later all you could see was my head in one group photo. I was pretty pleased until I walked into my other sister's house and saw a photo, framed, on her shelves of me and my DH. Seems she had taked some pics with her personal camera and OMG! I looked like I was about to give birth to triplets and was about 3 months overdue! I was shocked! I started to ask her to please not display it but I have decided that I need to get the negative and have myself one made and put it on my fridge. If that isn't inspiration enough to not go back to my old way of eating NOTHING ever will be.
