I'm new here & saw your post. I am a believer of the Firm!!! I'll have to be honest that I have not been doing the workouts in quite awhile - except for the 5 day abs. I've stuck to that at least. Lately I just do cardio & the ab tape about 3 times a week. I just started atkins, just through with the first week. I'm looking to incorporate more exercise starting tomorrow. Definately the Firm. Just got the fanny lifter - which was one of my excuses as to why I didn't do many of the workouts. I'd like to join you. Maybe we can start a new challenge or something... or maybe we can be buddies... not sure if you need one... I do. Think it would be good. Let me know what you think. I just did some photos today... Horrid!! I've got a big camping trip in Aug that I'm using as my own personal challenge that I'm trying to get in shape for.
