Question Weigh During TOM?

Hi again everyone!

Ok so TOM has arrived this afternoon...GRRR! Do ya'll still weigh every morning or do you wait till after TOM leaves? Normally I would not weigh myself till after TOM but I remember reading in the CAD book to weigh everyday. So what do ya'll do? Wait or go ahead and keep weighing each day?

Lisa

Hi

I weigh all the way through even if it goes up - you know it will come back down again!

Hello Lovelylisa,

I weigh all the time no matter what... I like to think I know my body so mentally I try and guess what I will be. I am 90% right. However that being said I am NEVER right on my weight when my TOM is around. GO FIGURE.

I would think if its part of your routine to do it. But just know if you do gain you know what its from.

I keep weighing, just because I like to study the trend. It helps me not to get upset when I go back up a little. Plus, this month I had a two pound whoosh after TOM! That was exciting. I never had that much of a whoosh even on Atkins.

I agree with both. I helps you learn your body and it's rhythms.
