Talking Showing Results....

It is so great to see results again. I lost 5 lbs this week, actually the past 4 days. I forgot from previous experiences that sometimes you go days without seeing any results, then, boom, overnight the lbs come off. I can't say I have ever understood this, but it works for me.

The problem I have always had is that I eat when I am upset, and if I don't see results or feel like I am getting no where, I give up. Not this time. Thank goodness I found all of you to help me stick in there when the going gets tough anyway. I am even making sure I get breakfast in, which I never eat, but two scrambled eggs in the morning hasn't been that bad.
Thanks everybody, and hopefully, stay tuned for more success stories.
Cindy

Just remember, YOU did this, Cindy. Be sure you take credit for that, and for your future successes

And, WTG! Keep up the great work.

Nat

P.S. ever tried cold chicken wings for breakfast? I think there's something unbelievably decandent about it, not to mention yummy

Default Wings sound good..

I will definately have to try those, I love chicken. Eggs don't settle well with me in the morning, unless it is around 11 AM or so, so wings will be my next veture. Although I have some great sausage omelettes to make for the weekend, so I will try for next week. Also, I can eat the wings on the way to work, so that is a bonus.
Thanks
Cindy

I am the same way about eating when I'm upset and when I don't see the scale move, it REALLY gets to me. My weight loss this time has been very slow which is hard for me, usually the weight comes off a lot faster than it is this time. That's ok, cause this IS the last time so I'll take it any way I can.

Good job on the 5lbs. I can only wish for that day to come for me.....
