Default is decaf coffee okay?

is one measly cup of decaf coffee with a packet of sweet n low okay on induction? like, every other day?

Decaffeinated coffee is specifically allowed on Induction (p127 of DANDR) as is Sweet 'n Low (p128).

Count each packet as 1g and be sure to determine how many grams of carbs are in the coffee.

I'd recommend that you go back and reread those pages as there is quite a bit of additional information there that you might find useful.
