Broccoli, raw, 1 cup, chopped = 88 grams
Carbohydrate, by difference g 4.611
Fiber, total dietary g 2.640
4.611-2.640=1.971 carbs or 2 carbs
4.5 cups = 396 grams = 9 carbs = 1 block

Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, .5 cup, chopped = 78 grams
Carbohydrate, by difference g 3.947
Fiber, total dietary g 2.262
multiply all numbers by 2 so the calculation is easier
1 cup = 156 grams
Carbohydrate, by difference g 7.894
Fiber, total dietary g 4.524
7.894-4.524=3.37 carbs
2.67 cups (2 2/3 cups) = 417 grams = 9 carbs = 1 block

Hope that helps.
