Default broke my stall

just wanted to let you guys know i finally broke my stall. im going back to 3 meals a day bc i think that is my formula. the 2 meals a day just wasnt working for me and i was too hungry anyway. i almost gave in to temptation but opted for a salad instead. today the scale read 212 so im pretty pleased. i will change my stats when i hit 210. thanks for the support!

It shows your weight beginning and ending as the same, have you not updated, or have you not lost yet? Just curious as I am new to this particular WOE.

Thumbs up

I agree 100% about three meals a day. The weight loss may be slower but at least then I have better control. Great job with your weight loss.

Good job, Raindrop.

This is something I've wondered about as well. I don't have problems with control almost all the time, but don't really like my breakfast options so tend to just wait for lunch. Figured if I don't like the food, why take in the calories, but not sure if it slows metabolism some.

Glad it worked for you..
Deb
