Default funny dream....

I don't post much here...mostly lurk and pick up information, but I had the weirdest dream last night and I thought you all would appreciate it.

In my dream, a friend of mine picked me up to have dinner at her house. She cooked dinner and placed it in front of me. We were talking so I wasn't really paying attention to what was on the plate. It was a burger and fries. I took a bite of the burger and realized it was on a bun and promptly spit it out. In a dream. I spit out food in a dream because it had carbs. This after only 10 days of induction.

I thought it was kinda funny.

I'll go back to lurking now.

Amy

That's too funny..

Shortly after I started, I was just drifting off to sleep when I suddenly shouted out "I did really good today, I only had a little spaghetti for lunch." I woke myself up and my husband and I just lay there laughing. It was so strange. I hadn't even had spaghetti or even cheated!

Both of your posts made me chuckle. It's amazing how this WOE takes over even our subconscious thoughts....in a good way!

Dream on!

I say some weird things when I'm drifting off. I have a rule for my daughter not to ask me permission to do anything after 8pm, as I don't remember agreeing. I think that blew her strategy.

Frequently, recovering alcoholics have dreams of drinking early into their recovery. The remorse is taken as a good sign. Many think of it to be a sign that new atitudes have taken root deep down in you psyche.

I think of it as being a sign that my head and a$$ are wired together. I can't think of how many times I have known something intellectually, but didn't accept it emotionally.
