Default Questions about diet induced symtoms.

I have been on the Atkins diet for seven days and have experienced major fatigue. Is this normal? I realize that my body is changing from acquiring energy supplies from carbos and now is starting to use fat, but in my book on the Atkins diet, nowhere is this question covered. Help!

Yep, lack of energy while your body is switching over is normal. So are headaches and nasuea. The body really tried to keep its carbs!

Just make sure you are eating enough - eating to little will not make you lose weight any faster! Matter of fact, it may slow you down.

If you are following the 1972 Dr. Atkin's Diet Revolution, it is outdated.

You should look for Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution, the newer the better.

That, and many more questions are answered in the new book.

Getting in your 20 grams of carbs from green vegetables and drinking lots of water should help you.
