Default Jack on the rocks

I must confess to enjoying a few cocktails in the evening, usually Jack Daniels on the rocks. Is this OK in a LC WOE? I know that distilled liquors have only trace amounts of carbs, but in reading through several posts on alcohol, there is a good amount of disagreement as to whether it's still possible to lose weight while enjoying a low-carb alcoholic beverage. Any thoughts?

Hello. Not sure what plan you are following but if you are on Atkins and on Induction alcohol of any sort is not allowed. After induction low carb alcohols as far as I know is just fine. =) Alcohol probably alters your blood sugar levels and that is why it's not permitted. I'd consult the DANDR.
