I've never had them before, but I can get you the ingredients that are put into processing them. My plant just processed them today if they are the same wings you are talking about.
We produce the Pizza Hut Dipping Wings. Are these the same?

Pizza hut wings have 1 carb per wing for the hot wings, and 0 carbs for the mild. As long as you count the carbs you are fine!

"0" carbs for the mild ones simply means <1 each. Enjoy, but only in moderation...and watch out for the dipping sauce...that's not part of the carb computation!

Default cool I had the mild

glad I had the mild ones. I wasnt really sure about them but I had had them before while LCing and they didnt seem to affect my weight loss. I had ranch with them, so hopefully I didnt do too bad.........THANKS all for the info!
