Default Keeping Fingers Crossed!

DH is on his way to Dr for blood work this morning. I don't know how his Dr feels about Atkins, but he cannot disagree with his weight loss.

I sent along a list of all the foods we are eating, amount of water he drinks and vitamins he takes.

He has a LOT of weight to lose yet. He says he sometimes feels light headed. I am guessing he will put him back on potassium again.

He lost 14 lbs on low calorie diet just before we started Atkins and has lost 6 more pounds on induction. We are still staying on induction level of carbs.

I don't know if we could have stayed on this WOE so long if it had not been for the tips and creative recipes I have found here.
So I want to thank everyone who posts. I read them all.

Sorry this is so long, guess you can tell I am a little nervous this morning. But I am keeping the faith
