Default Trying again.

Hello everyone. I have tried LC in the past. Lost 20 lbs in a month and then quit. That was 5 yrs ago and now I'm back. I can't believe all the products out now. It is all a little confusing to me. If I find a candy bar that has "only .7g of effective carbs" can I eat it during induction?

Default Hello

You have to be careful about the LC products and candy. Dr. A would say none of that stuff for the first two weeks. I have found this to be true personally as well. If I start well, I get into good habits, etc. But when I start with the bars and LC bread, LC ice cream, etc. Then I go crazy on the stuff. Take two weeks and "cleanse", enjoy eggs, steak, lobster, great salads, cheeseburgers, etc. Then you will have lost some (like you did the first time) and you will have a good positive outlook.

If you start now with the bars and other lc products your weight loss will not be as good and it won't mentally leave you in as good a frame of mind. In a few weeks when you get the candy itch have a bar - or have a piece of LC bread (I dig the Osolow rolls) and it won't kill you. But getting a good start and seeing that you can lose is important.

Good luck to you!

Todd
