Default Daily Menu for January 21/02

I'm not sure if we're still doing this or not but here goes.

BREAK: hard-boiled egg, water, 2 decaf w/cream

LUNCH: black forest ham (leftover from sun. dinner), cauliflower w/ shredded cheddar, diet iced tea

SUPPER: pan-fried haddock filets, oriental veggies, oven-baked fries, sliver of sf blueberry pie. My son made this for me and it's delish!

SNACK: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, decaf w/cream

You may have noticed - I switched to CALP after careful consideration (and reading the book, of course )

Hi, Mrs. Oz -- thanks for starting the thread. Yes, I hope we're still doing it, but I wanted to stop initiating it and see if people really wanted to do it. (I'm also having stomach troubles and eating mostly yogurt and soup, so they're not really postable menus.)

Breakfast: leftover slices of roast pork

Lunch: deviled eggs, apple

Snack: pate with celery

Dinner: grilled eggplant with buffalo mozzerella and roasted cherry tomatoes drizzled with olive oil, salad with cucumbers and black olives

Lots of water, green tea later
