Default Easy Peasy Cheese Wafers

Havnt tried these yet as Im avoiding dairy at the mo but I bet there yum, Im thinking of with some ham and a salad

CHEDDAR AND THYME WAFERS

These delicious crispy wafers are easy to make.

2 cups grated tasty cheddar cheese A small bunch of fresh Thyme springs

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Place a sheet of non-stick baking paper on an oven tray.
Sprinkle little piles of grated cheese in circles (the size of a breakfast cup) on the paper.
Snip a few fresh thyme leaves over the cheese.
Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is toasty brown.
Remove from the tray after resting for a couple of minutes, like a brandy snap.
I cooled mine over a rolling pin to make a curled shape. Store completely airtight.
Use as cheese wafers or to garnish a salad.

Makes 15 to 20
