Default Psyllium husks = CARBS?

Hi all,

I'm trying like mad to figure out what I'm doing wrong on this diet before I give up. So I have been plugging anything that passes my lips into FitDay. I got to pysllium husks, taken for fiber, and found 108 grams for 1 cup of husks!

Since I take 5-8 tablets throughout the day, is this enough to add up to serious carbs? Maybe it's the psyllium?

The fiber in psyllium husks makes up the carbs providing you are using the sugar free kind, and fiber is deducted to get net carbs

Oh (knock self on head) of course! It's right there in Fitday too... somehow I missed all that fiber - I gues it was just so shocking to see all those carbs...
