Sorry you're not feeling well. Some folks do experience an upset in digestion and intestinal function during Induction, especially if you've been used to eating a highly refined, processed, carby diet. Often folks get constipated, but some do experience more gas and diarrhea. It's transient, and it will go away as your body adjusts. Sometimes just the de-toxing process of clearing out excess carbs can have an upsetting effect. If you click on Low Carb Tips, from the orange menu bar at the top, you'll see Low Carbing and Intestinal Health. You'll find some info. and suggestions how to cope.
While you're there, you'll see right below that article, one about Ketosis and Ketone Test Strips. That should answer your questions about how light or dark the sticks should be, and whether or not it means better weight loss
