Default Bars and Shakes stall some people...but if youre in maintainance...

Okay, I know the bars, shakes, etc can stall some people. But can you gain weight eating them? I am below goal and like basically any shake or bar I can get my hands on. I know most people can think of at least 1 bar they didnt like, but I love em all! So does anybody know?

They do have fat and calories still. If you have them for a snack though and aren't overeating in all areas to where your calories are extreamly high, there shouldn't be a problem. They should not be the sole source of nutricion though. They do have alot of good things in them, but you would be low on iron and quite a few other nutrients. Eating from a wide variety of food, especially at maintanance, ensures a variety of nutrients and antioxidents for overall health.
