They do have fat and calories still. If you have them for a snack though and aren't overeating in all areas to where your calories are extreamly high, there shouldn't be a problem. They should not be the sole source of nutricion though. They do have alot of good things in them, but you would be low on iron and quite a few other nutrients. Eating from a wide variety of food, especially at maintanance, ensures a variety of nutrients and antioxidents for overall health.
