I buy "balkan style" plain full fat yoghurt all the time from different brands, they are mostly all about 5 grams of carbs per 3/4 cup serving. Otherwise I have homemade yoghurt that i make out of whole milk. It may be a little high in carbs for someone in the earlier stages of a low carb diet, but for me, which i am at about 50-60 net grams a day now its great.
If i feel in the mood to have it sweet i eat it with artificial sweetener, pure vannila extract and chopped fruit. Or I add sugar free jam to it.
