Angry Belly issues...

Hi all,
I'll try and be as least graphic as possible. Hopefully someone can help me figure out why this is happening.

I eat pretty much the same thing on the weekends but last night I had terrible gas and stomach cramps and was up until 3 a.m. running in and out of the bathroom. I have no idea what it could have been, although I know it's something that I ate (or at least I think it is - I've been pretty stressed lately but this is the first time this has happened). I'm thinking of a few possabilities - a chicken salad I had for lunch, which has been in the fridge all week (it's got cheese and bacon in it but it tasted perfectly fine and I'd been eating it all week with no problems); a salad for dinner (I like green scanty salads so I put only romaine lettuce and green onion - everything was fresh from the supermarket and tasted just fine); 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (I'm on GO diet so they encourage yogurt - again, it tasted just fine but it's been sitting in the fridge for a couple of weeks and I think the date on it expired within a day or two).

Any ideas??? Sorry if I'm sounding very tweaky but as I said, I eat pretty much the same thing every weekend and I'm trying to avoid staying up half the night tonight!

Thanks!
Tam

Hi Tam! Hope you're feeling better. I had a gander at the USDA food safety site and they recommend using cooked chicken within 4 days. They didn't say anything about yogurt, but Dannon recommends eating it within 3-4 days of opening it.
