Default gaining weight

good morning, i am having a bit of a problem, i have been lcing for 7 weeks now, and i have lost 15 pounds. i work out alot (three hours a day) lots of cardio and weight training and i am gaining weight! i am eating around 20 grams of carbs a day and 2000 calories. yeah i know i am gaining muscle but i do have alot of fat i want gone too. why is it being so stubborn? how can i get it going. could nuts be the problem, i seem to recall something about that. i am getting very depressed with this weight thing. where is that fairy?

Nuts can be a problem for some. IN the past I have noticed that they slow me down. But I still eat them . You could try cutting them out and see if anything happens. Have you been measuring yourself? If you gaining muscel mass, then you should be losing inches. Remember this is for the long term, and the goal is a healthy lifestyle not a quick fix. Sometimes you have to accept that your body will take a break once in a while. But sooner or later it will get moving again. I swear I spent almost all last summer stalled! Then all of a sudden it all seemed to catch up with me.
