Default carb counting and frustration...

I´m really getting frustraded with this carb counting thing! In my German Atkins book salads and other veggies are listed all as "under 10" but are not specified excatly how much. The list in the back of the book lists veggies, which I don´t like and those I do are not included. So can someone pls link me to someplace where there is a complete "list" or at least a good one to live on telling me the carbs on veggies?

3 cups of salad is allowed, I east 2 cups of salad with 1 cup of cucumber - how many carbs am I eating?

I bought a very yummy fish dish today at the supermarket, no sugar in it, with a cheese/tomato cover - the whole dish has 6 carbs - is that ok?

I feel I´ve done something wrong on my induction, cause the pounds I´ve "lost" are back but then again I drank sooooooo much water today and I feel sooo puffed-up while drinking all this water - now that makes me really feel "fat"...

any help?
love cat

Try the Atkins website: www.atkinscenter.com
They have an online carb counter that you may find helpful.

You can also register for free at www.fitday.com and put in what you eat every day. Many members find that it's a very helpful tool to help them keep track.

HTH!
