Great Advice!
I just wanted to let those who have posted that I appreciate the great advice. As a petite female, every pound shows when I gain.
I have recently lost weight following Atkins, but was beginning to gain weight again. Thanks to reading advice given on this site I was able to determine that I was eating way too many sugar alcohols which were causing me to gain weight again (about a 1-2 pounds per week). I cut out all of the low carb "treats" and started eating more chicken, cheese, tofu and have gone back down to my goal weight.
Watch out for those low carb desserts with sugar alcohol! Thanks for the great advice!!
