I have been trying to include my journal link - I went to fitday, copied the link to my personal journal, went back to my Atkins home page, edit, paste - no link - can someone help please.

Uh... are you asking for help with the Atkins forum, or this one? If you mean this one, you might have to put the url codes around the link: (open square bracket)url(close square bracket)http://whatever(open square bracket)/url(close square bracket)

...just replace the (open/close square bracket) with "[" and "]"

Is that what you meant?
